Who is responsible for your data

Reneuro (“Reneuro”), with address at Mérida, Yucatán, México, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.

What data we collect

Only what you give us when you fill in the contact form or write to us: name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and the message you write.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial or asset information, and we never ask for official ID through this website. We also do not buy or receive third-party data lists.

What we use it for

Purposes needed to assist you:

• Answer your enquiry and prepare the quote you asked for.
• Deliver and follow up on the services you hire.
• Stay in touch during the project and support you afterwards.
• Meet the applicable tax and contractual obligations.

Purposes that are not necessary, and which you can refuse right now:

• Sending you information about other services, news or content of ours.
• Inviting you to satisfaction surveys.

To opt out of those two, write to contacto@reneuro.com.mx and we will record it. Refusing is never a reason for us to stop assisting you, and it does not change the terms of any service.

What happens when you fill in the form

When you submit the form, your message reaches a server of ours and is stored so we can handle it and follow up. We record what you write, the page you wrote from and your IP address, the latter only to stop automated submissions. You will also get a confirmation email at the address you give us.

If you would rather not use the form, write to us directly at contacto@reneuro.com.mx or on WhatsApp. In that case the conversation is stored by that platform and its own privacy policy also applies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or assign your personal data. Only the providers we need in order to operate can access it (email, messaging, website hosting and the analytics tool described below), and they process it on our behalf and under our instructions, which is not a transfer under article 36 of the law. Analytics is provided by Google, on infrastructure outside Mexico.

Beyond that, we would only hand over data when required by a competent authority or under one of the cases in article 37. Any other transfer would require your express consent.

How to exercise your ARCO rights

You have the right to know what data of yours we hold and what we use it for (Access), to have it corrected if inaccurate (Rectification), to have it deleted when you believe it is not needed (Cancellation), and to object to it being used for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise them, send your request to contacto@reneuro.com.mx or to the address above, stating your name, a means of replying to you, a clear description of your request and a copy of your official ID so we can confirm you are the data owner. We will reply within a maximum of 20 business days and, where the request is granted, it will take effect within the following 15 business days.

Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw the consent you gave us at any time, through the same channel. Bear in mind that in some cases the law requires us to keep certain information, such as records related to the tax obligations of a service already delivered.

Limiting use and disclosure

On top of the rights above, you can ask us to stop sending you promotional messages without cancelling your data. Simply reply to any of our emails asking for it, or write to contacto@reneuro.com.mx.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how many people visit it and which pages they read. To do that, Google sets cookies in your browser holding a random identifier that includes neither your name nor your email. What we see are visits tied to that identifier: how many there were, from which country or city, on what device and which pages were seen. We do not know who you are, but this is a per-browser identifier rather than a simple headcount.

We use no advertising pixels or tags, we do not sell this data, and we do not combine it with what you enter in the contact form. Google, as the provider of the service, processes this information under its own policies.

You can turn it off at any time: by blocking cookies in your browser settings, by browsing in a private window, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works just the same without this measurement.

The server also keeps technical access logs, as any web server does, solely to keep the site running and secure.

How long we keep it

We keep the data from an enquiry while we handle it and, if it becomes a project, for the duration of the contractual relationship and the periods required by applicable tax and legal obligations. After that it is deleted. The records we use to stop automated submissions are erased after seven days. Analytics data is retained by Google for the period configured on the property, which is independent of this one.

Minors

Our services are aimed at companies and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we find any, we delete it.

Changes to this notice

This notice may change due to new legal provisions, our own needs or changes in our services. The version in force will be published on this page with its update date, and that publication is how we let you know.
