Before we start
It depends on the scope: a landing page and a custom system are not the same job. When we quote, you get the schedule for YOUR project, with dates per stage, and we commit to it in writing.

Yes. We are based in Mérida, Yucatán, and work remotely with clients all over Mexico, with video call meetings.

During the project
We work in stages with deliverables you can review online, and you have a direct channel with the team throughout the project.

Yes. The scope is in writing from the proposal; anything within it gets adjusted as we go, and anything beyond it is quoted separately so the schedule holds.
After launch
We agree it with you before we start and put it in writing in the quote: some projects are handed over in full, with code, accounts and documentation, and others stay with us to run and maintain.
Yes. We offer support and maintenance plans with defined response times, plus improvements and new features whenever you need them.
We integrate AI where it adds real value: customer service, task automation and content generation, always with human oversight.
Yes, all our services are invoiced (Mexican CFDI).
